7.1 Service Providers. 77color shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instruction. These include: payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), KYC and identity verification providers, game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All service providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements that prohibit them from using 77color player data for any purpose other than the contracted service.
7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities. 77color will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or any other competent Philippine authority when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process.
7.3 Business Transfers. 10.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 77color will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by applicable Philippine law and the NPC's data breach notification guidelines.
10.3 Notwithstanding the security measures in place, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you transmit personal data to 77color at your own risk and that 77color cannot be held liable for security incidents that occur as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12.1 The 77color platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. 77color does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If 77color becomes aware that it has collected personal data from an individual who is under 21 years of age, 77color will promptly close the relevant account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by applicable law, and report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities where required.
12.3 Parents and guardians who believe that an underage individual may have registered a 77color account should contact 77color support immediately via Live Chat or email for expedited investigation and account closure.
13.1 77color may transfer personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines — including cloud infrastructure providers and game software providers — where this is necessary to deliver the 77color platform.
13.2 Any transfer of personal data outside the Philippines is subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a standard of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law.
13.3 77color does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that the National Privacy Commission has identified as providing inadequate data protection without implementing additional protective measures.
14.1 77color reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or 77color's data processing practices.
14.2 Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Policy takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
